Faurecia: lauches bond issue

(CercleFinance.com) - Faurecia has launched a senior bond issue in euros maturing in 2026.


Faurecia plans to issue 2026 bonds for a reference size, depending on prevailing market conditions.

The issue of the 2026 bonds aims to refinance the 500 million euro bridge loan set up to finance Faurecia's acquisition of Clarion, as well as the costs related to this acquisition.
