Eurazeo : to invest over E70m in WiiSmile

(CercleFinance.com) - Through its small-mid buyout team, Eurazeo has announced the signing of an agreement to invest in WiiSmile alongside its management team.


Eurazeo will become the group's majority shareholder, investing over 70 million euros in it.

NextStage AM, which has been a WiiSmile shareholder since 2020, will reinvest part of the proceeds from the sale and remain in the capital as a minority shareholder.

It said that WiiSmile offers the opportunity for managers of small and medium-sized companies to provide their employees with "all-in-one" solutions that promote employee engagement by improving their quality of life and that of their families.
