Eurazeo: receives E340m in commitments to growth strategy

(CercleFinance.com) - The investment company Eurazeo has entered into an agreement with a group of international investors which will provide it with 340 million euros to finance its Eurazeo Growth strategy.


Investors have committed to a fund that will acquire 32% of Eurazeo Growth's assets that to date have appeared on Eurazeo's balance sheet.

Management said that Eurazeo remains fully committed to supporting these companies, retaining 68% of its initial stake and will retain full control in the context of the management of the fund.
