Eurazeo: completes investment in Questel

(CercleFinance.com) - Eurazeo Capital has announced that it has completed its investment in Questel, alongside IK Investment Partners, Raise Investissement and the management team.


The operation concerns 100% of Questel's capital, which is a publisher of SaaS software and platform of automated services dedicated to patents and brands.

Questel has an enterprise value of 915 million euros.

Eurazeo and IK will each initially invest approximately 175 million euros and will jointly hold the majority of its capital.
