Eurazeo: acquires Elemica

(CercleFinance.com) - Eurazeo announces that it has reached a final agreement to acquire Elemica, a provider of supply chain management software in cloud mode.


The group offers SaaS solutions that facilitate and automate transactions, while providing a full visibility of their flows. 

The company currently has over 450 clients worldwide, including 39 of the largest 100 companies in the global chemical industry.

More than 500 billion dollars worth of goods are bought, sold and transported via the elemica platform each year.
