Eurazeo: sells 24,000m2 office complex

(CercleFinance.com) - Eurazeo Patrimoine has announced the signature of a sale before completion (VEFA) with the group Kaufman & Broad, covering an office complex of 24,000m2 which is located on the banks of the river Seine in Courbevoie.


The capital investment represents a total of about 70 million euros, of which a minority share has been made in partnership with the Decaux family investment holding company.

Highlight is a property complex that consists of three office buildings, restaurants and services (conference centre, Fitness/gymnasium), which is organised around a landscaped garden of 850m2.

Part of this complex, which is set to be delivered in the second quarter of 2021, will include Kaufman & Broad's future headquarters on approximately 9,200 m2, with the remainder of the office space yet to be let.
