Eurazeo: develops investments in Spain with Dazia

(CercleFinance.com) - Eurazeo Patrimoine has announced the signing of a partnership with the company Dazia Capital, a Spanish operator and investor specialising in the purchase, renovation and resale by section of apartment blocks in Madrid and other major Spanish cities.


The partnership focuses on a 3-year investment program of 70 million euros in equity for Eurazeo, for operations to be carried out in the cities of Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia and on the Costa del Sol.

This partnership represents an attractive risk-return ratio for Eurazeo Patrimoine, while demand for housing in town centres is increasing in Spain, given the economic recovery, management said.
