Eurazeo: finalises acquisition of 30% in Rhône

(CercleFinance.com) - Eurazeo has announced finalizing the acquisition of a 30% stake in Rhône, a leading global listed investment company based in Paris and New York, and Rhône, managing assets of over 5 billion euros.


Thanks to this transaction, Eurazeo will have over 15 billion euros in assets under management (including assets under management of the newly acquired private equity group Idinvest Partners).

The partners of Rhône and Eurazeo have agreed on Eurazeo's acquisition of a 30% stake in Rhône Group LLC and Rhône Capital LLC, via Alpine NewCo, Inc., a corporation established in the State of Delaware for the needs of the transaction; in particular for 100 million dollars in cash and 2 million newly issued Eurazeo shares.
