Eurazeo: investment in IES

(CercleFinance.com) - Nexans has announced an investment in IES, a leader in the production of recharging solutions for electric vehicles, as part of a new fundraising effort by IES, to which Eurazeo, the company's majority shareholder, is contributing.


This investment will enable the cable manufacturer to broaden its range of solutions and services for electric vehicle infrastructures and provide a complete offering for DC and AC applications.

Following its acquisition of a stake, Nexans will hold 27.8% of IES' capital, alongside Eurazeo and the management team. Together the funds will enable IES to develop its commercial potential, expand its product range and strengthen its international presence.
