Bic: closes acquisition of Rocketbook

(CercleFinance.com) - Bic announced on Tuesday that it has completed the acquisition of Rocketbook, for 40 million dollars (33 million euros) and a price supplement to be paid depending on Rocketbook's future performance.


Rocketbook's sales reached 32 million dollars in 2020 (around 26 million euros), up 35% y-o-y

"Rocketbook's flagship products include the Core and Fusion notebooks, reusable notebooks used with erasable pens and powered by the Rocketbook cloud connected application," Bic said.
