Pernod Ricard: sets dividend at AGM

(CercleFinance.com) - Pernod Ricard announced that its AGM has set the dividend to be paid for FY 2018-19 at 3.
12 euros per share.

Considering the interim dividend payment made in July, the balance of 1.94 euro will be detached on 25 November and paid on 27 November.

The AGM renewed Kory Sorenson's mandate as director for four years and appointed Esther Berrozpe Galindo and Philippe Petitcolin as directors for four years.

Finally, the Board of Directors decided to appoint Kory Sorenson as Chair of the Compensation Committee and Patricia Barbizet and Philippe Petitcolin as members of the Compensation Committee.
