Natixis: board confirms BPCE's recommendation

(CercleFinance.com) - Natixis' Board of Directors, meeting today, has taken note of BPCE's decision to propose a price of 4 euros per Natixis share after detachment of the 0.
06 euro dividend.

The Board, on advice from the ad hoc committee, unanimously confirmed its reasoned opinion on the public offer initiated by BPCE and recommends that Natixis shareholders tender their shares to this offer.
