BPCE: develops partnership with La Banque Postale

(CercleFinance.com) - The BPCE Group, Natixis and La Banque Postale announce a significant new stage in the development of their industrial partnership.


Agreements on CNP Assurances (extension of trade and shareholder agreements) have been signed and the main terms of the proposed merger of asset management activities have been defined.

The joint entity is set to be be 55%-owned by Natixis (through its subsidiary Natixis Investment Managers) and 45% by LBP (through its subsidiary LBP Asset Management), with a balanced governance.
