BPCE: completes the acquisition of 50.1% of Oney Bank

(CercleFinance.com) - BPCE announces the acquisition of 50.
1% of Oney Bank's capital.

The remainder of the capital is held by Auchan Holding. Oney Bank will be consolidated in the group BPCE.

This transaction was completed after obtaining all authorisations from the competent authorities and following positive opinions given by staff representative bodies.
