Natixis: strategic investments in M&A consulting

(CercleFinance.com) - After trading on Monday Natixis announced that it has strengthened its position in M&A consulting, with at least 3 strategic investments: Fenchurch Advisory Partners (UK), Vermilion Partners (China) and Clipperton (France).


Fenchurch Advisory Partners LLP (Fenchurch) is an independent consulting firm that is exclusively dedicated to corporate finance, concentrating on the financial services sector.
Its team has successfully provided advice in over 200 transactions, with values ranging from tens of millions to several billions of pounds, totalling over 150 billion pounds.

Natixis has reached an agreement to acquire a minority stake in Clipperton through its subsidiary Natixis Partners.

The agreement concluded by Natixis, which will be implemented after its approval by regulatory authorities, provides for the purchase of a majority stake in Vermilion Partners' capital, which will also be managed by its current management team.
