Natixis: also has an eye on Six Payment

(CercleFinance.com) - According to Bloomberg, the Payment Services division of the Swiss financial operator SIX is attracting even more interest, with the French banking group Natixis also looking at it.


The US news agency understands that Natixis would be considering partnering up with the investment group Warburg Pincus to take over this specialist in payment management for up to two billion Swiss francs, or over 1.7 billion euros, a figure that is slightly lower than estimates that were circulating previously.

Among the other contenders recently quoted in the press are the Danish group Nets, as well as the French companies Ingenico and Atos.
