Danone: 500 million hybrid bond buyback

(CercleFinance.com) - Danone announces that its partial buyback offer on its hybrid bonds issued on 30 October 2017 was successful.
The total amount was 1.25 billion euros with a first coupon of 1.75% and an initial call date of 23 March 2023.

It has accepted the buyback of the existing bonds for a total of 500 million euros (at a repurchase price of 103.118%) representing the same amount as that of the hybrid bond issuance with a first call date of 16 December 2026.
