AXA: completes E750m bond issue

(CercleFinance.com) - AXA yesterday announced the successful placement, to institutional investors, of 750 million euros of Reg S senior unsecured bonds, due in 2033.


These bonds will be used for general corporate purposes, including the refinancing of part of the group's debt.

The bonds will have a fixed annual coupon of 3.625%. Investor demand was strong, with the order book nearly three times oversubscribed to.
