AXA: completes consolidation of businesses in India
(CercleFinance.com) - AXA and Bharti announce that they have completed the consolidation of their non-life insurance activities in India.
Split pretty equally, AXA's and Bharti's holdings in Bharti AXA GI were 49% and 51%, respectively.
