AXA: completes sale of stake in AXA Gulf
(CercleFinance.com) - AXA today announced that it has completed the sale of its 50% stake in AXA Gulf and its 34% stake in AXA Cooperative Insurance Company (in Saudi Arabia) to Gulf Insurance Group, for a total cash consideration of 264 million dollars (222 million euros).
