AXA: set to transfer IT activities to Arkéa
(CercleFinance.com) - AXA France's banking subsidiary is set to transfer its IT activities and part of its back-office to Arkéa Banking Service (ABS), according to Les Echos this morning.
The paper adds that nearly 200 employees out of close to 800 will therefore be transferred to ABS, the subsidiary of the Crédit Mutuel Arkéa group. This transfer should occur at the end of H1. Les Echos also says that the insurer AXA is keeping its banking activities in France, although has sold its business in Belgium and Germany. Copyright (c) 2020 CercleFinance.com.
