AXA: BlackRock exceeds 5% of capital

(CercleFinance.com) - BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds it manages, has declared to French regulator the AMF that on 27 December it exceeded the threshold of 5% of the capital of AXA and that it holds on behalf of those clients and funds 5.
003% of the capital and 4.27% of the voting rights of the insurance company.

This crossing of the threshold ensues from an acquisition of AXA shares on the market and an increase in the number of AXA shares held as collateral.
