Sanofi: confident in outlook of vaccines business

(CercleFinance.com) - At a conference dedicated to vaccines, where it presented a portfolio of several innovative vaccine candidates, Sanofi confirmed its medium-term sales forecasts for its vaccines business announced at the 2019 Capital Markets Day.


The healthcare group expects mid-single-digit growth in vaccine sales over the medium term and aims to more than double sales of the business by the end of this decade.

Sanofi has a rich portfolio of innovative vaccines in development stages, with a total of 10 vaccine candidates planned for clinical development by 2025, including six from the new mRNA vaccine centre of excellence.
