Quadient: two CCM contracts with insurers

(CercleFinance.com) - The company Quadient, which operates in mailing equipment, business process automation and customer experience management, has announced that two of the largest insurance companies in the United States and France have selected its market-leading Quadient Inspire customer communications management (CCM) solution this month.


The company points out that with the US contract, one of the largest in the CCM space in the last five years, three of the four largest US insurance companies are now using Quadient Inspire.
