Neopost: divestment of Satori Software

(CercleFinance.com) - Neopost announces the divestment of Satori Software to Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP), one of the leaders in the US market for postal address quality management software, a disposal made as part of the strategic review of its business portfolio.


Satori Software has about 70 employees in Seattle. In 2017, it represented around 2% of the group's total turnover. The closing of the transaction occurred on 28 January 2019. The company was sold for over 70 million dollars.

"After last week's acquisition of Parcel Pending, this shows how committed we are to accelerate the transformation of the Group and swiftly set in motion our ambitious “Back to Growth” strategy," CEO Geoffrey Godet said.
