Bouygues: from Alstom to 5G, Oddo says favourable scenario

(CercleFinance.com) - Yesterday, Bouygues announced its intention to sell 4.
8% of Alstom's capital (11 million shares) in a forward sale that will close on 3 November.

Oddo says that Bouygues could have left Alstom completely within six months, subject to market conditions, a scenario that the broker considers "central".

In addition, Bouygues is currently involved in the auction for the 5G frequency blocks. According to Oddo, Bouygues will have two or three 5G blocks for 180-300 million euros, although it tends to think there will be two blocks.

Under these conditions, Oddo maintains its buy rating on the share with a target price of 32 euros.
