Bouygues: cancels FY targets

(CercleFinance.com) - Due to the unquantifiable impact of the Covid-19 epidemic on its different businesses, Bouygues has said that it is abandoning its targets for 2020 targets for the group and its different businesses, except those of Bouygues Telecom, which are however "suspended".


Its Board of Directors has also decided to waive the proposal for a dividend payment to the AGM of 23 April, which will also be held without the physical presence of shareholders.

However, Bouygues has said that its board of directors will meet in August to re-assess the situation and analyse the possibility of proposing a dividend payment for 2019.
