Accor: H1 2022 profit of E32m
(CercleFinance.com) - Accor's H1 2022 sales came in at 1,725 million euros, up 97% LFL and y-o-y.
By business, this growth breaks down into 119% for HotelServices and 57% for Hotel & Other Assets.
Meanwhile, RevPAR fell by 11% in H1 2022 compared to H1 2019 (pre-crisis) and increased 1% in Q2 2022 compared to Q2 2019.
EBITDA 205 million euros in H1 2022, compared to a negative 120 million euros in H1 2021. The company posted a token net profit, group share of 32 million euros below half the 67 million euros in H1 2021.
Based on business in H1, and taking into account the current macro-economic uncertainties that are weighing on H2, the group expects EBITDA of above 550 million euros for FY 2022.
The share is currently down over 7.5% in Paris.
