Accor: wants to boost leisure hotel business

(CercleFinance.com) - The leisure hotel business was already worth 1,000 billion dollars before the pandemic, according to management.


The group now wants to consolidate this model in this segment, which is expected to grow by 22% by the end of 2021 (CAGR 2017-2021).

A recent global survey of Accor customers revealed that 83% of respondents were likely to take a leisure trip in the coming months.

The company says that its current goal is to boost its Leisure business with unparalleled experiences around sports, cultural, wellness, entertainment, etc.

The recovery of the leisure segment is therefore promising and to meet this growing demand, Accor is strengthening its dedicated strategy and unveiling new offers, it added.
