Accor: half a billion euro convertible bond issue

(CercleFinance.com) - On Monday Accor announced the launch of an issue of bonds convertible and/or exchangeable into new and/or existing shares (OCEANE) maturing on 7 December 2027 through a placement with qualified investors only.


This issue is for a nominal amount of approximately 500 million euros.

The net proceeds of the issue will be used for general corporate purposes, including, although not only, the refinancing of the bond maturing in February 2021, of which 550 million euros remains outstanding, Accor said.
