Accor: appoints new chief commercial officer

(CercleFinance.com) - Accor has announced the appointment of Patrick Mendes as Group Chief Commercial Officer.
His main tasks will be to increase revenues and accelerate the deployment of innovative and high-performance tools and services.
He will be responsible for sales, marketing, distribution and loyalty expertise.

In the past, Patrick Mendes was notably in charge of development at Edenred group, before joining Accor in 2005 in the International Sales Department.

He was appointed CEO of the luxury and intermediate brands in South America in 2011, and was promoted to CEO for South America in 2015, before joining the group's Executive Committee in early 2017.
