L'Oréal: acquisition of Stylenanda brand finalised

(CercleFinance.com) - L'Oréal has announced that it has completed its acquisition of the Korean group Nanda Co Ltd.
after obtaining the necessary authorisations from the competent authorities.

The Group has acquired 100% Nanda Co. Ltd., a Korean lifestyle, makeup and fashion group.

This company had sales of 127 million euros in 2017 and has nearly 400 employees. It is present in Korea and Japan, and has extended its business activities to Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand.
