L'Oréal: bought back 511,000 shares last week

(CercleFinance.com) - The L'Oréal group today announced that between 21 and 25 May, it bought back over 511,000 shares, at a daily average weighted price of between 205.
5 and 208.4 euros.

Remember that, under the authorisation voted at the group's AGM of April 2017, on 17 April 2018 the Board of Directors decided to proceed with L'Oréal share repurchases amounting to a maximum of 500 million euros in the second quarter of 2018.

The shares hence repurchased are intended to be cancelled, L'Oréal said.
