Carrefour: to add nutri-score labeling on 7000 products

(CercleFinance.com) - The French food retailer is to label 7,000 Carrefour branded products (including Carrefour Bio and Carrefour Veggie) with the Nutri-Score nutrition labeling by 2022, as announced by its Chairman and CEO Alexandre Bompard.


This new labeling will be visible on the products available on the shelves of all Carrefour stores, as well as on the Carrefour.fr online sales site. All products in France and European countries will be labelled by 2022.

The adoption of Nutri-Score meets consumer demands by giving them access to reliable and recognised information on product quality.
