Carrefour: 56.9% of 2017 dividend paid in shares

(CercleFinance.com) - Carrefour has announced that, following the option period from 21 June to 4 July inclusive, shareholders who have opted for a dividend payment in shares (13.
72 euros per share) for 2017 represented 56.93% of Carrefour's total share in issue.

For this dividend payment in shares, 14,575,028 new measures have been issued, representing 1.88% of the group's capital and 1.48% of its voting rights, based on its capital as at 30 June 2018.

The settlement-delivery of shares and their admission to trading on the Euronext Paris regulated market will be effective from 13 July, together with the dividend cash payment of 152 million euros.
