Carrefour: Bank of America stake falls below 5%

(CercleFinance.com) - Bank of America Corporation has informed the AMF that on 6 June, through companies it controls, its stake fell below the threshold of 5% of Carrefour's capital, with it now holding 0.
27% of the retail giant's capital and 0.21% of its voting rights.

This crossing of this threshold resulted from a sale of shares on the market.
