Air Liquide: EU approves joint venture with ADP

(CercleFinance.com) - The European Commission has approved the creation of a joint venture between Aéroports de Paris (ADP) and Air Liquide, both of which are based in France.


The joint venture will offer consulting services to airports worldwide for the development and installation of hydrogen supply infrastructure for commercial aircraft.

The Commission concluded that the proposed concentration would not raise competition concerns due to its limited impact on the market structure.
