Air liquide: BlackRock raises stake above 5%

(CercleFinance.com) - BlackRock, acting on behalf of its clients and funds it manages, has informed the AMF that on 12 August it raised its stake in Air Liquide's capital to above the thresholds of 5% of the group's capital and voting rights and that it now holds 5.
0002% of the industrial gas group's capital and voting rights.

The US asset manager said that the crossing of this threshold results from the purchase of Air Liquide shares OTC and an increase in the number of shares held as collateral.
