Air Liquide: plans to sell schülke

(CercleFinance.com) - Air Liquide says that it is studying the possibility of selling its subsidiary schülke, to continue to develop its health activities, while enabling schülke to benefit from the best opportunities for its long-term development.


Since the process is in a very preliminary phase, different scenarios are currently being considered and there are no foregone conclusions that this will actually result in a disinvestment, the industrial gas supplier said however.

Schülke, which has its headquarters in Germany, is a leader in the field of infection, prevention and hygiene. Having over 130 years of experience, it has more than 1,200 employees in 22 countries.
