Air Liquide: closes divestiture of Air Liquide Fuzhou

(CercleFinance.com) - In accordance with the agreement initially announced on 10 June this year, Air Liquide has said that it has now closed the sale of its subsidiary Air Liquide Fuzhou to Highsun Holding Group, the parent company of Fujian Shenyuan New Materials Co.
Ltd.

Note that the divested industrial gas complex includes a coal gasification unit, as well as a unit to separate gas from air, a synthesis gas purification unit and an ammonia plant.

This transaction will strengthen Air Liquide's ability to invest in large industrial basins and other high-potential activities, particularly in China. It is also in line with the industrial gas group's climate objectives.
