Air Liquide: to supply GCGV plant in Texas

(CercleFinance.com) - Air Liquide has signed an agreement with Gulf Coast Growth Ventures (GCGV).


The group will supply oxygen and nitrogen to the future ethane cracker facility located near Corpus Christi, in Texas.

Air Liquide plans to invest close to 140 million USD in the construction of a new air separation unit (ASU) in Bay City, Texas.

Air Liquide will supply 2,000 tonnes per day of oxygen and 900 tonnes per day of nitrogen to the future GCGV ethane cracker facility, which has a capacity of 1.8 million tonnes per year.
