JCDecaux: wins advertising contract for Tianjin metro

(CercleFinance.com) - JCDecaux announced on Wednesday evening that its subsidiary JCDecaux Advertising (Shanghai) has won, following a tender, a 10-year contract with Tianjin Metro Resource Investment, a subsidiary of Tianjin Rail Transit group.


Both companies will create a joint venture (60%-owned by JCDecaux) for the management and running of advertising panels at the Tianjin Metro lines 5 and 6, the largest coastal city in northern China.

"This contract covers the existing media including all lightboxes and feature ads, along with new media formats to be developed in the future. The 10-year contract took effect 1 July, 2018."
