JCDecaux: creation of joint venture with América Móvil.

(CercleFinance.com) - JCDecaux and América Móvil, the leading provider of integrated telecommunication services in Latin America, today announced the completion of the creation of their joint venture for their outdoor advertising activities in Mexico.


This company will be ultimately 60%-controlled by JCDecaux and 40%-controlled by AMX.

"This partnership will strengthen JCDecaux and América Móvil's footprint in Mexico's biggest cities and round out their product portfolio while aspiring to become major innovators in the country's outdoor advertising and media sector," said the group.

The Group now operates over 15,700 advertising panels throughout Mexico, through a wide range of complementary street furniture.
