Safran: AlphaValue double upgrades stock

(CercleFinance.com) - AlphaValue has upgraded its rating on Safran shares from "reduce" to "add" on Tuesday, having increased its target price from 100 euros to 112 euros.


In its afternoon comments, the independent broker explains its upgrade by the inclusion of a larger number of players in the aerospace market in its valuation model.

And while it fears production delays for Leap engines due to labour shortages and supply difficulties, AlphaValue believes that these details are already priced in.

It says that the long-term outlook remains attractive, although there could be difficult periods in the nearer term,

The share is currently up over 4.5%, over triple the CAC's rise.
