FFP: NAV per share down 2.6% in 2018

(CercleFinance.com) - FFP has announced NAV per share of 150.
3 euros at 31 December 2018, down 2.6% over the full-year, mainly resulting from the fall in financial markets at end-2018.

"Peugeot SA and Safran's share prices rose while performance among other listed investments was more mixed," the holding company said, which however saw its unlisted assets appreciate in 2018.

2018 consolidated net income, group share amounted to 115 million euros, compared to 222 million euros reported in 2017. At its next AGM, the board will propose an ordinary dividend of 2.15 euros per share, up 7.5%.
