Covivio: new 2021 EPRA earnings target
(CercleFinance.com) - Given the acceleration of the recovery in hotel activity over the summer, Covivio has announced an EPRA Earnings target of over 400 million euros for FY 2021 (above 4.
2 euros per share). Rental income for the first nine months amounted to 648 million euros; 445 million euros of which was attributable to the Group, with a stable LFL performance at the end-September (an improvement from the -2.7% at end-June). The real estate company explains this clear improvement in the LFL trend by continued growth in German residential property (+4.1% over nine months) and the beginnings of a recovery in hotels in Europe (+2.2%).
