Bonduelle: acquisition of LLC Shock's industrial assets

(CercleFinance.com) - Bonduelle has announced the acquisition of the industrial assets of the frozen vegetable production company LLC Shock's industrial assets, which are found in the Belgorod region (Russia).


Located in a renowned agricultural region - temperate climate, particularly fertile soils (black soils) - this industrial site will accelerate the development of Bonduelle's frozen vegetables business in these markets.

This investment will also enable the group to be present in the mono-vegetable and mixed vegetable market.

This production facility, for which the initial acquisition cost and additional investments remain limited, will enable the group to transform between 6,000 tonnes to 10,000 tonnes of frozen vegetables annually within 3 years.
