Rallye: disposal of Courir business finalised

(CercleFinance.com) - Rallye, the parent company of the Casino and Go Sport retail chains, announces that it has completed the sale of Courir to Equistone Partners Europe for 283 million euros.


This disposal follows the firm offer received by Rallye on 19 October, which then entered into exclusive talks with Equistone Partners Europe. This disposal was subject to approval by the relevant competition authorities.
