Rallye: signs credit line due in 2020

(CercleFinance.com) - Rallye announces having signed a credit line with a confirmed maturity of 30 June 2020 for a total of 500 million euros with five of its reference banks - BNP Paribas, Crédit Agricole CIB, Crédit Industriel et Commercial, HSBC and Natixis.


This additional credit line does not have any pledges on Casino securities and reinforces Rallye's liquidity arrangements, which confirm its confidence in the group's fundamentals and outlook.
