TF1: to buy out remaining 30% of Newen Studios

(CercleFinance.com) - TF1 has signed an agreement to buy the 30% stake held by Newen Studios' founding shareholders.
Note that TF1 already holds the other 70% of Newen Studios.

Newen Studios includes Newen, the audiovisual production and distribution unit, and Neweb, the digital unit specialised in the publication of websites for product expertise and advice before purchases.

TF1 said that over the past two years, the Newen group has expanded its customer base in France and abroad and has emerged as one of the major players in production in Europe.
